1. When and where will the event take place?

The event will be held in three cities:

  • Chicago: April 28-29, 2026
  • Paris: May 19-20, 2026
  • Zurich: September 2026

All three conferences will be in-person only.

2. Is there a conference app I can download?

Yes, a conference app will be available.

You’ll receive a passcode to access it before the event. Please note that registering for sessions through the app is mandatory.

3. How can I stay informed on the latest about Bright?

Check the Bright website regularly to get the latest information and program updates. Follow the conference and join the social conversations with the official #BrightByLumApps hashtag.

4. Who should attend the Bright Conference 2025?

Bright Conference 2026 is an immersive event focused on Employee Experience (EX) strategies, designed for enterprise organizations.
It brings together industry experts, thought leaders, and practitioners to tackle current EX challenges, share insights, and explore innovative solutions for improving the digital workplace.

6. What is included with my event registration?

Your registration includes:

  • Access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions, and roundtable discussions.
  • Networking opportunities with industry experts, LumApps’ partner ecosystem and peers.
  • Event materials, including session takeaways and case studies.
  • Refreshments and meals throughout the event days.
  • Access to evening social events and networking moments.
7. How much does it cost to attend?

The event is valued at $399 per person, but as a LumApps or Beekeeper customer, you can attend for free! Not a customer yet? No problem!

Register now to be selected among the first 50 registrants and secure your complimentary spot at the event.

8. Can I transfer my registration if I can’t attend?

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague or peer.

Please let us know if you need to make a transfer so we can update your registration accordingly.

9. Will there be virtual or online options for the event?

At this time, Bright Conference 2026 will be an in-person only event, with sessions being recorded for future access. We look forward to welcoming you to Chicago, Paris or Zurich for a fully immersive experience.

10. Are there any accommodations or travel discounts available?

We are working on securing discounted hotel rates and travel information for attendees.

11. Is there parking available at the venue?

Detailed information about parking and transportation will be provided closer to the event.

12. What safety measures will be in place for the event?

The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. We will follow any local regulations and health guidelines in place at the time of the event. Updates on safety protocols will be communicated ahead of the conference.

14. Will there be designated areas for taking work calls or handling tasks at the event location?

Yes, there will be space available for you to take calls and work at the event location.
