Who can enter?

Entries are open to all LumApps customers across the European region. Whether you are an in-house communications team, an HR leader, or a digital transformation specialist, we want to hear your story.
What are the judges looking for?

Our panel of seasoned professionals will assess entries based on:
  • Clarity of Objectives: What did you set out to achieve?
  • Strategic Alignment: How did this project support your broader business goals?
  • Measurable Impact: Use data (quantitative) and testimonials (qualitative) to show us the "before and after."
  • The "Bright" Factor: Show us the passion, creativity, and human-centric approach that made your project unique.
Top Tips for Success.

Tell a Story:

The most successful entries have a beginning (the challenge), a middle (the solution), and an end (the impact).

Be Visual:

Don't just tell us, show us. Screenshots, videos, and gifs help the jury "feel" the experience you built.

Focus on the "Why":

Explain how your strategy improved your employees' experience, not just what buttons they clicked.

How to Enter LumApps Awards

Submitting your project is a simple three-step process:

  • Download: Select your category and download the editable submission file.
  • Complete: Fill out the questions (follow the recommended word counts) and attach your supporting visuals in the appendix.
  • Send: Email your completed PDF and any video files (max 25MB) to Brightconference@lumapps.com.
